I was taking a shot of this sculpture in Elizabeth Street when the young man on the left insisted I should include him and his friend in the shot, friendly face.

I was driving into  school and had to stop the car when I saw this beautiful young girl on her flowered bike.

Isn’t she georgeous!

The grand Atrium at the Sofitel hotel in Melbourne and the lovely waiter who posed for me.

I guess this guy wasn’t as impressed with Dame Edna as I am! Or maybe he heard she was retiring.

This beautiful young girl represents a turning point in my street photography when I decided to approach people and ask if they would let me photograph them. She was so thrilled to be asked and so gracious. Because of her I won’t be afraid to ask again.
