Everyone gets so excited when they see the Harbour bridge, how about the makeshift raincoats

We went to see the visting Picasso exhibition at the Art Gallery of New South Wales from the Musee Picasso in the Marais in Paris. After a number of unsuccessful attempts to see the gallery in Paris, it has been closed for some time for renovations I was thrilled to learn it was coming to Sydney. It is well worth the visit, such a large collection.

A highlight was the Dora Mar portrait.

I love

the ephemeral nature of the paper art that appears on a building only to disappear a few weeks later in a rain storm

Just a few streets away we discovered this amazing light display which had all the neighborhood children enthralled, such dedication to the Christmas spirit

We had an inspiring visit to Heide this weekend, the gardens were at their best and the artwork a retrospective of  3o years

of the Heide Collection called  “Forever Young”

I love the Mirka Mora windows on the old homestead and we had a picnic amongst the sculptures

  1. Samantha & Jasmine in front of the fabulous Mirka Mora painted windows

Love the shorts and socks

It was a fantastic sight at Federation Square this weekend to see such enthusiastic bikers dressed in many varied versions on the tweed theme.

I especially loved this guy with the framed photo of the queen on his back.
